CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours before your appointment. Providing less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of $30 (plus cc processing fees) charged to the card on file. Less than 6 hour notice will be considered a NO-SHOW and the full amount for the service booked will be charged to the credit card on file (plus cc processing fees). LATE ARRIVAL: Time has specifically been reserved for your appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. It you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session and there will be a fee of $30 (plus cc processing fees) charged to your credit card on file. NO-SHOW: You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, arriving excessively late beyond the grace period, OR if you cancel less than 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will be charged for the scheduled service IN FULL to the credit card on file (plus cc processing fees). EMERGENCIES: In the event of an emergency situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
